We’ll chat about the services Bubbly & Beloved has to offer and how we can plan, coordinate, support, and guide you through the inevitably overwhelming wedding planning process, all the way up to you and your beloved’s special day. This will include discussing services and packages and everything we can do for you. (This can also be done over the phone or through email—whatever works best for you.)

Know what you want, but not quite confident on how to make it happen? Feeling independent, but some direction may calm you down? Want reassurance of ideas, plans, details, or vendors? This is the consultation for you. Use us as your resource! Take advantage of us, you know you want to! The Beloved Consultation includes two face to face meetings, each lasting 1-2 hours. Typically, the first meeting will be at the start of your wedding planning process, and the second meeting will fall around a month before your special day. Some people gravitate more towards the Preferred Vendor List with all the discounts, while others love a ‘proofreader’ or ‘advisor’ to help them first modify and enhance their plans, and then finalize them. And what’s fabulous about this consult... both are included in this Beloved Consultation! So wherever you are in the process, if you still do not need or want a full/partial planner or day-of coordinator, this consult gives you some extra cushion that can relieve A LOT of stress, and can give you discounts on trustworthy, validated vendors.

No fear, Bubbly & Beloved is here! With this package we take care of all aspects of planning, budget projection, and day-of coordination. This includes attendance to any vendor meetings to offer our support and expertise. We even offer taking over vendor communication to make it hassle-free for you. Our selection suggestions include (but are not limited to) venue, catering, beverage and bar, cake and desserts, photo and video, music and entertainment, event styling and design, floral, decor, rentals and linens, invitations and stationary, makeup, wedding officiant or minister, transportation, guest lodging, attire, and more!
Day-Of Coordination Services

A wedding is like an exceptional symphony. Each musician is a highly trained professional, but they have a conductor to make them work well in unison. Bubbly & Beloved is the conductor of this symphony; your wedding day and love story is the music in perfect harmony.
As a wedding coordinator on the day of your wedding, we make sure everything goes exactly as planned. We provide you with our Preferred Vendor List, a wedding planning checklist, meetings about specific details, a meticulous wedding day schedule, vendor introductions to our staff and final vendor confirmations, texting support, wedding rehearsal coordination, and so much more. We study the vendor arrival and departure times, nitty gritty details, and everything else you need, want, and dream of, to make sure it is your perfect day.
Design & Decor
starting at $1,500
Extra lighting, draping, head table and guest table centerpieces and runners, floral decor, cocktail table decor, cake table decor, guestbook decor, candles and accessories, and more! Packages are custom quoted for your specific desires.
Event Set-Up & Tear Down
starting at $750
Are you the creative, DIY type? Bubbly & Beloved will set up your decor, flowers centerpieces, etc., the day of your event, then tear down and organize it all for you at the end of the night. We will even store all of your decorations and materials overnight and deliver them to you the next day, so you don’t have to worry about cleaning or picking anything up by a specific time at your venue!
Not only do we plan, coordinate, design, and decorate weddings; we also do events! The types of events we do (but are not limited to) include bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, family gatherings, holiday parties, work parties, special occasions, etc. Because of the wide variety of special occasions we can completely plan, partially plan, or help with, each occasion will be quoted based on the wants and needs of the client.
